The Greystone Construction Office Building project is a two-story building Big ten football 2024with Class A finishes and was the first commercial development of a 13-acre site near Canterbury Park. The multi-tenant building designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects features a two-story glass atrium, floating staircase, modern stone and metal exterior, 30KW solar panel system, wood-wrapped clerestory, rooftop deck with views of the Canterbury race track, a lush garden with water features, and more. The design provides for incredible views, great exposure to the public, and sets a very high standard of quality for the entire development.

Big Ten football schedule 2024

August 20, 2020: Site work is underway at the 13-acre site known as the S.W. Development of Canterbury Commons. Greystone's new office building will be located on the northeast corner of the rectangular plot. Note the close proximity to Canterbury Park and the race tracks.

October 19, 2020: A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on a snowy afternoon, marking the start of construction on Greystone’s new company headquarters in the Canterbury Commons development in Shakopee, Minn.

The garden on the north side of the building is dedicated to Suzanne O'Brien, one of the founders of Greystone Construction. Suzanne passed away in 2019. This garden was designed to reflect Suzanne's strong faith, calming presence, and her playful nature -- these qualities were instrumental in guiding Greystone from a startup in 1987 to the company Greystone has become today.

The first floor of the atrium is inviting and warm with its glass curtain wall, white oak accents, and floating stairs.

The second floor of the atrium features a stunning light fixture and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Notice the hangar door raised over the entry into the Greystone reception area which is a functional reminder of Greystone's early history of building airplane hangars.

The reception area is open and inviting. The display on the left declares "our team is our foundation" and proudly shows a photo of every member of the Greystone team -- the display is designed to expand as our team grows.

The Vision Room is an inspiring conference room that overlooks Canterbury Park and is often used for client meetings. The beautiful green boxwood wall is a product from Vickerman Companies – Greystone has built more than 200,000 SF of warehousing for Vickerman.

The wood-wrapped clerestory is the spine of the building and leads visitors from the reception area through an open-concept work area including multiple "breakout" meeting spaces, two focus Big Ten football schedule 2024rooms, a mother's room, 20 cubicles, and 18 offices.

The cubicles on the north side of the building face beautiful views of Canterbury Park. Every workstation throughout the space features ergonomic, powered sit-stand desks.

Eight-foot-tall aluminum art panels line the hallway inspiring team members and keeping our core values top of mind. Our core values make up the acronym STRIVE: Safety, Teamwork, Relationships, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

The Double Down Room is a medium size conference room. The oversized wall art is a tribute to our neighbor, Canterbury Park.

The Champions Deck is a great place for team members to gather. The second-floor deck overlooks Canterbury Park and features products from By the Yard, a client of Greystone Big Ten football 2024that manufactures patio furniture made from recycled milk jugs.
